Then something happened. something difficult to describe. Sitting there, alone in a foreign country, far from my job and everyone I know, a feeling came over me. It was like remembering something I'd never known before or had always been waiting for, but I didn't know what. Maybe it was something I'd forgotten or something I've been missing all my life. All I can say is that I felt, at the same time, joy and sadness. But not too much sadness, because I felt alive. Yes, alive.

That was the moment I fell in love with Paris. And I felt Paris fall in love with me.

Florence: I really liked to Florence. Seeing the David in real life was amazing. It is perfect, its kind of indescribable. Michelangelo even sculpted the veins in the hands and feet. You have to wait in a crazy long line to see it though! Also went to a Park at the top of Florence which has a small scale replica of David at the top of it. The view was beautiful and we came back at night to drink wine with a couple new friends. Saw the The Duomo and climbed to the top. The top of the dome is white marble and a slight slant, so I didn’t enjoy standing so high up..on a slippery slant. Also went to the Uffizi museum and got see lots of work by Botticelli, Michelangelo, and Rapahel, Pisa: There isn’t anything to see here, except the leaning tower haha.
