hmmm London. what to say about London. it was pretty much copious amounts of drinking and subsequently missing a flight to Scotland! I spent most of my time in London by myself. I went to most of the museums because they are all free, which was quite lovely!
I got to hang out with gabby with was a lot of fun, she also went to scotland with me.
sorry I dont feel like uploading pictures of london lol

Venice was my absolute favorite place in Italy! I spent the day by myself and I just let myself get lost in the city. The weather was beautiful and so was the city, This was the last city in my Italy trip! It was the perfect ending!
I saw all of the famous things that the Casino in Vegas is based off of lol
I also went to Milan, but I didn’t take many pictures. It was the most modern city in Italy, the only place that felt like it is econmy didnt revolve around tourism

Florence: I really liked to Florence. Seeing the David in real life was amazing. It is perfect, its kind of indescribable. Michelangelo even sculpted the veins in the hands and feet. You have to wait in a crazy long line to see it though! Also went to a Park at the top of Florence which has a small scale replica of David at the top of it. The view was beautiful and we came back at night to drink wine with a couple new friends.

Saw the The Duomo and climbed to the top. The top of the dome is white marble and a slight slant, so I didn’t enjoy standing so high up..on a slippery slant. Also went to the Uffizi museum and got see lots of work by Botticelli, Michelangelo, and Rapahel,

Pisa: There isn’t anything to see here, except the leaning tower haha. We just took pictures, ate lunch and then got on the next train to Milan!

First leg of my spring break trip in Italy was Rome. We arrived at midnight only to find that our hostel had been shut down, the doors were chained with official government notices on the door. Luckily we found a place to stay only about ten minutes away . Rome was filled with tourists because it was Easter weekend.

First place we went was Vatican City. We had to wait in line for about on hour to get into the actual Vatican. I got to see the Sistine Chapel, which is amazing…indescribable really. We also go to see St Peter’s Cathedral. We came into the back way and we just sort of went in. We found out later that it was a 2 hour wait to get in! So we cut in front of a two hour line!
After that we saw all of the standards like the Coliseum and The Forum. Its amazing that these structures are so old and you’re walking through areas that people over 2000 years ago were using. We also went to the Pantheon too. Sat on the Spanish Steps as well. The Trevi Fountain was insane, people everywhere. It was not an enjoyable experience for me!

Also I put my hand in the La Bocca della Verità (in English, “the Mouth of Truth”) If you’ve seen a Roman Holiday you know what Im talking about. My hand wasn’t bitten off, so I guess that means I have a clean conscious ;)
